Tara Carter-Oliver is a wife and a mother to 4 beautiful children, which 2 of them were adopted out of foster care. Tara also has 2 adorable grandchildren. Tara took an interested in becoming a foster care parent after working for Children Home Society as a group home leader for 8 years. Tara is from St. Petersburg Florida and moved to Jacksonville in 2005. Tara worked for Duval County school board for 4 years as an (ESE) paraprofessional. In 2012 Tara attended Concorde Institute where she received her certification in patient care tech. Tara has always had a passion for helping people in any way she can. Tara enjoys cooking, cleaning, and spending time with her family.
