Jen is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. In 2012, she graduated from Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. She also completed a master’s degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at Mercyhurst University in 2014. While there, she worked in an alternative college program for adults with intellectual disabilities, a summer program for high school students on the autism spectrum to determine college readiness, as well as in area private and public schools. After graduation, she moved to Savannah, GA, and gained her certification as a BCBA working in a clinic setting with children ages 2-17. In 2015, she moved to Jacksonville, FL, and has been working with children of various ages and diagnoses in clinic, home, and school settings to build communication, social, and functional living skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
