Genevieve is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and co-owner of Bloom Behavioral Solutions, Inc. She has a Master’s of Arts degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Additionally, she is currently studying to sit for the ACBIS certification to be recognized and credentialed as a brain injury specialist. Genevieve’s past experience includes a wide variety of therapeutic ABA services. This experience includes supervision of multiple and diverse pediatric ABA programs, direct behavioral therapy, parent training, in-service workshops, consultation, and crisis management. She has extensive training in verbal behavior and teaching different methods of functional communication to individuals with neurological disorders. She has vast experience in providing behavioral therapy and consultation in a variety of settings; including homes, schools, community environments, and clinical sites. She co-founded Bloom Behavioral Solutions to provide individuals and their caregivers exceptional patient/client care while implementing compassionate and effective therapeutic ABA treatment. She believes the most rewarding aspect of her career includes helping individuals with developmental delays or neurological injuries acquire or re-establish effective communication skills. In addition, Rebekah is a certified Professional Crisis Management Instructor and qualified co-trainer. She has extensive experience working with a wide variety of patients and clients, from individual learners to consultation with organizations and other professionals. She has worked in clinical settings on verbal behavior, social skills acquisition, and functional communication, and she has worked with a variety of adolescents in the foster care system with intensive behavioral needs. Rebekah has served as a behavioral consultant to several private schools, pediatric psychologists, and foster care organizations. She specializes in early learner language acquisition programs, parent and caregiver training, and augmentative and alternative communication. Rebekah co-founded Bloom Behavioral Solutions because she has a passion for helping families and caretakers see measurable changes in children’s functioning and behavior. Jennifer was born and raised in the Jacksonville area. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and minor in psychology from the University of North Florida in 2003. Before joining Bloom, she spent almost 12 years in the corporate finance world. Jennifer currently lives in Atlantic Beach with her daughter, Lily. Ciara is from Syracuse, New York and received her bachelor’s degree in speech-language disabilities at SUNY Cortland. She moved to Jacksonville two years ago and has been working as a speech clinician in a local school district. Ciara received her Master of Education from the University of North Florida with a concentration in applied behavior analysis. Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a minor in education from the University of Florida. She also received a Master of Education in special education with a specialization in high-incidence behaviors from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University. Elizabeth has had many diverse experiences working with children in a variety of settings and enjoys watching them learn and grow. Guadalupe was born in Corpus Christi, Texas but has resided in Florida for the last 20 years. He initially began studying health care administration at the University of North Florida, but wasn’t happy so he began volunteering for a program designed to give parents of children with special needs the opportunity to have a night out for very little cost. This is when he realized his passion for helping families improve their daily struggles with raising children with exceptionalities. In 2016, Guadalupe began working as a paraprofessional and quickly worked his way up to earning his RBT certification the following year. After becoming an RBT, Guadalupe worked with a vast number of students improving their skills in verbal behavior, toilet training, self-help, daily living, and vocational skills. When he’s not working, Guadalupe enjoy spending time with his wife and daughter, working on classic cars, and collecting vintage video games.READ MORE
Tess was born and raised in the Jacksonville beaches area. She received her bachelors degree in child developmental psychology from University of North Florida. Early on the morning of May 21, 1979, Kely-Marie Jackson entered this world a month early by emergency c-section, weighing a slight five pounds. Being the determined person we knew her to become, she grew in leaps and bounds, never to look back at the abrupt and rude beginning. Her determination has literally gotten her to where she is today. As a homeowner and with all the responsibilities that comes with, and being a mom to her fur babies, she sets goals. Kely-Marie figured out a way to purchase a house and go back to school, on her own, to earn a career that will better her for the rest of her life.
As a child, she was always interested in art. She studied various kinds of art in high school and became quite the artist herself, including painting, drawing, pottery and photography. As she became older art would come and go, as her time to dedicate to it would come and go. Being born and raised at the beach, she would naturally fall into the hobbies that most beach people enjoy, such as, swimming and bicycling. When time allows, she enjoys camping, live music and traveling. She wants to see the world.
Kely-Marie plunged into the work world at an early age of 15 and has only worked a couple of jobs in her 22 years of being in the work force. This is because once hired, she would stay for years and years. Her last employment before her recent change was working for Citibank for fourteen years, proving her hard work and dedication. With the determination of a freight train, and with all her loyalty and dedication to herself, she is sure to be very successful as she endeavors a career at Keiser University to become an exceptional COTA.

Cassie moved from Wisconsin to Florida in July with her dog, Dewey. She moved to pursue her master’s degree in ABA at the University of North Florida. She currently holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology and at-risk youth and previously taught high school special education for two years. She loves helping people become the best versions of themselves and showing them what they are capable of. Cassie is a personal trainer as well as a group fitness instructor. Tess was born and raised in Hobe Sound, FL before moving to Fort Myers to earn her bachelor’s degree in psychology. After earning her bachelor’s degree she moved to Jacksonville to attend the University of North Florida and earned her master’s degree in education, with a concentration in school counseling. Tess worked with middle and high school aged students for four years as a school counselor in Jacksonville, FL. She quickly became involved and invested in ABA when her stepson was diagnosed with autism. In her free time, Tess enjoys taking her two dogs to the dog parks, traveling to visit family and friends, and painting.READ MORE
Paige was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She is a registered behavior technician and has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2016. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Florida. She also obtained a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She is currently studying for the board certification exam to become a BCBA. Paige has worked with children and adolescents in a variety of settings such as schools, clinics, hospitals and foster care. Paige has a passion for helping children with special needs to develop independent daily living skills, social skills, communication, and decreasing maladaptive behaviors. Amani is originally from New York, but grew up in Jacksonville, Florida.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in
Child Development from the University of North Florida. After interning at
Bloom in her junior year of her undergraduate studies, she knew that
helping children with special needs overcome their challenges through ABA
was her life’s calling. Her passion for ABA inspired her to pursue research
in the field and gain more experience providing treatment through her
internships in pediatrics. Since graduating with her bachelor degrees in
the spring, Amani will begin her master’s degree in ABA in the fall. She
currently continues to participate in clinical research related to
behavioral health. In her spare time, Amani enjoys staying active, going to
the beach, and spending time with her family.
Lauren was born and raised in Jacksonville and is glad to be back in her home state after two years away. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders in 2015 and her master’s in speech language pathology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017. During her studies, she developed a passion for working with children and adults to help them meet their communication goals. Lauren has worked in a variety of pediatric school and clinic settings. Natalie McHale is a Jacksonville Beach Native, who graduated from Keiser University with an Associate of Science in occupational therapy. Kory earned her Masters Degree in science and health with specialization in nutrition and dietetics from the University of North Florida. Kory has a total of 10 years experience working as a Registered Dietitian. She first worked in an outpatient clinic where she worked with all ages from infants to the elderly. She currently works at a local hospital where she devotes her time to nutrition support and educating patients, staff and the community. Since Kory has started working for Bloom Behavioral Solutions, Inc., she has found passion in the challenge of offering ways to improve nutrition in children and families. Mylee is originally from New Jersey but grew up in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Mylee obtained her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Recinto de Mayagüez in 2014. She always had a calling to work with children; she moved to Jacksonville, FL, in 2014 to pursue her dream of becoming a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. In August 2018, she received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. After obtaining her NBCOT certification in December 2018, Mylee has been working with multiple pediatric outpatient clinics. Her professional education includes courses such as Effective Autism Interventions for OT and Handwriting Without Tears® K-5 Handwriting Workshop. Mylee aspires to offer a happy learning environment where children are having fun and improving their skills at the same time. She is also driven to help Spanish-speaking families obtain independence with their child’s daily activities. Meet our Therapy Dog Lucie! Lucie is a very sweet 3 y/o female boxer. She comes to the clinic daily to work and loves her job! She helps patients feel calm and often acts as a reinforcer for our children. She specializes in giving hugs and dog kisses. She especially enjoys long walks with our patients on the golf course. Lucie also keeps the staff company, often stopping by treatment rooms and offices for treats or a quick game of fetch. When she’s not working, she enjoys long naps and chasing squirrels.
