Bloom Behavioral Solutions is a full service behavioral and autism therapy practice in Atlantic Beach, FL. We combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), occupational therapy, speech therapy, early intervention, and onsite direct care therapy to develop complete and personalized treatment programs to address the individual needs of every patient.

Our Clinic

Our Atlantic Beach clinic is located in the L.A.Fitness/E-Sporta shopping center on Atlantic Blvd. We are located 5 miles from Mayport Naval Base in the beautiful and active Atlantic Beach community.

The clinic currently consists of approximately 7,000 square feet and features: 

• A Petit Sprouts wing consisting of several private treatment rooms and three Petit Sprouts group rooms opening into a large indoor sensory gym. Each Petit Sprout room has a designated theme with materials to address social and functional play skills.  
• Arts and crafts room where children can work on fine motor skills, peer imitation, and social/group behaviors.  
• Pretend play room with all the necessary toys and materials to address functional play skills. In this area, children can dress up as their favorite superhero, community helper, etc.  
• Home living area with a play kitchen and grocery shopping area, as well as an area with everything a little one might need for caregiver playing, including baby dolls, high chairs, strollers, and cribs.  
• Reading and circle time room where circle times take place and a cozy reading nook for 1:1 story time.  
• Expansive sensory gym for activities like group games such as red light/green light, tag, and musical chairs. The sensory gym consists of indoor playground equipment, slides, jumpers, Occupational Therapy equipment, a playhouse, and a track for trikes and scooters.  
• The Orchid Lounge: A Teen/Young Adult Social Space consists of a gaming and T.V. lounge area, a “Bloom Store” where individuals can cash in their Bloom bucks from ADL/vocational training for fun age appropriate items, the home of one of Bloom’s ambassador animals Hanalei a Bearded Dragon, and a large open area for board games and catching up with friends.   
• Bloom Nutrition Academy is a dedicated feeding wing for patients receiving feeding treatment. This space includes 9 individual feeding rooms equipped with a T.V. in each room for distraction training to ease fears surrounding mealtimes, 2-way mirrored windows in each room for supervision and caregiver training so that patients can be observed without adding unnecessary performance anxiety , a kitchen dedicated solely to feeding clientele, an allergy free treatment room to ensure a safe setting for patients with food allergies, and an open caregiver training space.
